Begin with a Reflection
Before you start the 7-day ritual, pause here—just for a moment.
Not to fix anything.
Not to judge anything.
Just to notice.
Because the more honest you are now…

Take 2–3 minutes on your own.

Keep your answers in a private, safe place. I always recommend writing by hand because it tends to ground people.
1-MINUTE DAILY REFLECTION
This is an optional add-on to deepen your experience. Complete this self-reflection at the end of each day, usually before bed. Write down your answers and keep them safe.

Just speak what’s real. Over time, these words softened edges between us. On hard days, they cracked open walls we didn’t even realize we had built. It shifts the spotlight from what’s lacking to what’s present, reminding us that love is built not only in grand moments, but in the details.

Love in action is often the most powerful. Each day, commit to one act of kindness or service—without being prompted. Then go do it. Some days, it may be practical: taking care of a chore the other dreads, making tea, filling the car with gas. Other times, it can be playful: leaving a small surprise, or planning an impromptu moment of fun. Those small acts whisper: I’m paying attention. I care enough to lighten your load. In busy seasons, a single gesture can carry more weight than words ever could.
