The most common way clients get started is with one of my standard coaching retainers after an initial consultation. Once we decide to work together, I’ll do an in-depth analysis of your relationship history while I get to know you as a couple and each partner separately. Then, we’ll identify your core objectives, create a shared vision for your next chapter, and established a personalized action plan. I will stay right by your side as you make progress on your relationship journey, helping you to gain perspective and shift as needed.

I’ve been working with my clients from all over the world virtually for many years by video or phone. I usually meet with my clients on Zoom video with our cameras on since this is the most meaningful and intimate way to connect from afar.

There are two main ways that people receive relationship coaching with me.

Retainer: clients contribute an amount to retain my services and then book sessions as needed using my online calendar. This option brings down the cost per session to just $75. For example, you purchase 8 total sessions and book them around your availability as you make progress towards your goals. A typical retainer of eight 1-hr sessions costs $600.

Sessions: clients are charged for each session when it happens, usually on a recurring weekly or biweekly schedule. For example, you sign-up for 6 weekly sessions on Tuesdays @ 7pm. A typical 50-min session costs $85.

Yes, the consultation is really free. It is a complimentary 30-min exploratory session via Zoom or Phone. There is a $50 deposit that is used to hold your timeslot and will be refunded immediately after our call. To ensure that our appointment slots remain available for clients in need, I uphold a 48-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy.

In the case that you’d like to end the coaching relationship within the set coaching term (3 months), termination of a coaching retainer is an option after feedback has been provided. If at any time, you feel you’re not getting what you want out of the coaching, you can let me know.

Note: weekly and biweekly recurring sessions are pay as you go, so there is no opportunity for refunds.
